To offer current, evidence-based, client centered physiotherapy to ensure each client leaves feeling their specific goals were met.

Establishing a strong relationship between therapist and client, where time is given for the client to share their experience surrounding their symptoms is a huge factor contributing to positive results in physiotherapy. I strive to incorporate this understanding of how person specific factors influence clients' symptoms. Combining that with strong manual therapy skills and specific exercise prescription will effectively get you back to pursuing your daily activities and adventures.

Having lived in Cambridge my whole life, I am excited to now be working in the Cambridge community, helping people achieve their movement goals. I received my Master of Physical Therapy from McMaster University in 2015. I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and through a wide variety of injuries and conditions. My approach focuses on combining manual therapy and specialized exercise prescription to help each individual reach their goals.  I am currently working  on my Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy Physiotherapy Program (you can read more about that here). In order to better serve clients I have also taken further study courses in vestibular rehabilitation, athletic taping and Functional Movement Assessment, as well as being certified to provide Acupuncture. Most recently I attended a course delving deep into our understanding of pain and what strategies we can implement to best avoid letting pain stop people from enjoying what they love. I am passionate about providing evidence based treatment that is individual to each client.  Outside of work I enjoy playing basically any sport but especially softball. I also enjoy hiking and exploring with my German Shepherd, Clyde.

My Cambridge treatment space is located at Coronation Chiropractic & Massage Clinic. The clinic is wheelchair accessible and has lots of parking.

When you enter the clinic, come right up to the front desk where you will be greeted by one of the office assistants, Faith or Karyn!
